This website is run by Datasphir Solutions Limited ("Datasphir", "we"). By using it you accept these terms. They cover the website only. Use of the BonafID service by an institution is governed by a separate agreement.

Using the website

• Use the site lawfully and do not try to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access to it, or send automated or misleading enquiries.
• The information on the site is general. It does not form an offer or contract, and we may change it at any time.

Content and trade marks

The text, images and design of this website, and the BonafID name and logo, belong to Datasphir or are used with permission. You may share links to the site and quote short extracts with credit. BonafID software published as open source is covered by the licence in its repository, not by these terms.

Links to other sites

We link to sites run by others, such as our community forum, GitLab and partner organisations. We are not responsible for their content.

Liability

We work to keep the site accurate and available but cannot promise it will always be either. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
